At Apollo Car Chargers, we supply and install made-to-order EV charging solutions. Because these products are customised for each customer, please note that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke or custom-made items are generally not eligible for the standard 14-day “cooling-off” cancellation period.
1. When refunds are available
While custom-made products are exempt from cancellation rights, you are still fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your charger is:

Not as described

Unfit for purpose
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
2. Products (Chargers & Accessories)

Returns After Installation:
Once a charger has been installed, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty. -
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If your charger or accessory is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. -
Return Costs:
Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Installation Services

Where installation has been booked and scheduled, cancellations may be subject to charges if sufficient notice is not given, to cover the cost of time and resources already allocated.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Refunds

6. Exceptions

Chargers damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation by third parties, or lack of maintenance will not be eligible for refund.
