We currently deliver across the UK (mainland). If you are based outside mainland UK (e.g. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or remote areas), please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.
2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on courier and location but are typically 3 weeks from order date.
3. Shipping & Installation Costs

All shipping costs are included in your purchase.

Prices include import duty and customs clearance from the EU into the UK.

4. Import Duties & Taxes

We handle all import duties, VAT, and customs fees on your behalf.
5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, or failure to accept the delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
