At Apollo Car Chargers, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery, costs, and import duties.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across the UK (mainland). If you are based outside mainland UK (e.g. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or remote areas), please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.

2. Shipping Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on courier and location but are typically 3 weeks from order date.

3. Shipping & Installation Costs

  • All shipping costs are included in your purchase.

  • Prices include import duty and customs clearance from the EU into the UK.

  • Installation will be calculated after purchase.

4. Import Duties & Taxes

  • We handle all import duties, VAT, and customs fees on your behalf. 

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is missed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, or failure to accept the delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
